ORGANISATION STRUCTURE
The Department is headed by an Executive Secretary who is supported by the Management consulting division made up of three (3) consulting units (institutional dev’t capacity building, business dev’t & research) and support services division each of the three units is responsible for a number of ministries. Departments. Agencies and local government and public boards/ commissions.

STAFFING
MSD currently has a staff strength of fifty two (52) made up professional, non professional and other support staff. i.e. twenty six (26) management analysts, two (2) executives officers and twenty four (24) other support staff.
Some executives class personnel were seconded to the department in 1988 and trained in job inspection to assist the management analysts in the conduct of assignment.
