OPERATIONS

The organization conducts its key operations through a system of pre-arranged annual consultancy schedules and each schedule is responsible for a number of MDs, public boards and commissions.

Our main focus is to be more dynamic in the local and international market for public sector consultancy in terms of service delivery improvement studies.

It is the department’s responsibility to diagnose client organization problems; develop solutions to the problem; and report our findings and recommendations to clients.

The end products are reports usually submitted in writing. We also provide oral presentations in the validations of the documents. Our reports provide elements of creativity and implement ability.

Our core activities include

  • Conduct of management / organization reviews / Audits
  • Conduct of job inspections and determination of establishment levels and need for posts / post creation
  • Conduct of systems and procedures studies.
  • Provision of consultancy services to MDAs, Boards and commissions upon request
  • Strategic plan development
